LR BULKHEADS LTD Terms and Conditions

The following section, in conjunction with our privacy page, returns page and delivery page forms our company policy. Before submitting an order we recommend that you read and understand these policies. When you submit an order you are entering into a contract with LR Bulkheads and you may be bound by the terms described herein.

Prices

All prices quoted online include UK VAT where appropriate. We make every effort to keep the prices up to date but we reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. It may be that prices are incorrectly quoted or changed due to external circumstances. We have no statutory obligation to sell goods at the price quoted if that price is incorrect.

Delivery

Due to us being a small family business we only dispatch orders on a Tuesday and a Thursday if paid for before 10am. We try our best to ensure all items are in stock, but if not a delivery date will be given or a full refund. It is incumbent on the customer to be ready to receive their order when the courier arrives, any larger items will not be able to be left safe.

Payment

We accept payment by all major credit and debit cards as well as paypal.
We do not accept cheques or bankers drafts.

All on-line credit card transactions are processed through World Pay / Pay Pal. At LR Bulkheads we do not collect or have access to your credit card details. All information is collected off-site through the sage / Pay Pal website. We reserve the right to refuse acceptance of payment details if we think they are being used fraudulently.

Returns

You are free to return goods unused for a period of 30 days after delivery. Circumstances will dictate whether a full refund or an exchange is appropriate. Goods that have been used cannot be returned unless a warranty claim will be entered into.

All goods have a minimum 1 year manufacturer's warranty (unless otherwise clearly indicated). Warranty claims for faulty goods will be dealt with through us but the manufacturer will make an assessment and decide on the proper course of action.

All goods should be returned packed to the same standard as when received, to avoid damage in transit.
We reserve the right to refuse returned goods if necessary.

IMPORTANT: Refunds are processed by credit & debit card companies less quickly than sales. A refund may take up to 10 days to appear on your statement after it has been authorised.

Order Cancellations

You are free to cancel your order at any time and for any reason before it is dispatched.  To cancel your order we need explicit instructions from the person who placed the order by phone or email An order may not be cancelled after it has been dispatched or while it is in transit, but must be treated as a return. In this eventuality a refund will be provided when the goods are returned to us.

Images

We make every effort to ensure that the product images we use are accurate and up to date. All product images are either owned by LR Bulkheads or are used with the permission of the originator and remain the copyright of the originator. Unauthorised use of images owned by LR Bulkheads will be taken very seriously

We make every effort to ensure that the product information we use is accurate and up to date. All product descriptions are used with the permission of the originator and remain the copyright of the originator. Manufacturer and Land Rover part numbers are used for identification purposes only and do not imply or indicate the identity of the manufacturer.

Complaints

We take the satisfaction of our customers very seriously. If you feel you have received substandard information or services from us we would like to hear about it so that we can prevent the same thing from happening again.
