Land Rover Defender Bulkhead top outer heavy duty

Made out of 1.2mm zinc coated mild steel (not 0.9 like land rover) with vent pressing and return lip to hold seal in place on top and bottom - see pictures designed to use seal MUC4299 not the foam one 

Good quality, little bit of destortion which can be expected with any pressing especially when manufacturing out of 1.2 instead of 0.9

Unless you are a qualified welder/fabricator this job is not for the faint hearted all the old outer needs to be removed by drilling spot welds before the new one can be fitted. 

This will fit defender 83-02 these defenders all have what you would call a small wiper wheel box 
it will also fit 02 on with large wheel boxes but you may have to open the holes out where your wheel boxes go in or fit smaller wheel boxes. No wiper wheel box holes or hinge holes have been put in this pressing for this reason. If you are capable of fitting one of these you are capable of drilling a few holes!
